I was wondering what does a vision of 10/365 mean?

Unstandard vision: Literally this would be equivalent to 20/730 vision which is totally unstandard. It would be between the standards of 20/400 and 20/800. In any case it is very limited vision worse than the big e on most snellen charts. You might, however, have misread someones notations since 10/365 is so unusual.
