Lethargy: Behavioral interventions can be quite helpful. However, the principal is hard to apply: you have to spend energy to get energy. Sadly forcing yourself to be more active over time can improve your energy level if you are in good health and covering the other things mentioned above. Best to commit to small activity goals and commit to doing them with others or pay for a class to get going.
