UTI: By water infections, do you mean urinary infections? If so, repeated infections may indicate an underlyling problem with your bladder, kidneys or elsewhere in the urinary tract. Could be chronic kidney stones or other issue. You should be evaluated, to check your urine and probably need some imaging of the urinary system. You should see your provider.
