No: A woman cannot have a normal regular period and be pregnant at the same time. Having a normal period means a woman is not pregnant. But, she could get pregnant a few days after her period ends if she has sex then. Also, if she has vaginal bleeding that may or may not be her normal regular period, and she is worried about pregnancy, then she can just do a home pregnancy test (they are accurate).
