Doubtful: If your embryos were frozen before the blastocyst stage they are not even ready to implant. Most failures to implant are due to genetically abnormal embryos with a a smaller number due to technical problems with the embryo transfer or a non receptive uterus. Bearing down will not cause an ivf failure, but worrying about it may lower your chances, so try not to.
