OVer the counter: Midol is a mild anti inflammatory medication used for menstrual cramps. It is available over the counter. Few have side effects. When you buy a box you will find a package insert inside that includes a list of potential side effects as required by the fda.

Midol side effects: Side effects include abdominal pain, constipation, vomiting, as well as diarrhea, heart burn, rashes and utching.

Side effects: Midol is a combination product containing acetaminophen, pyrilamine caffeine, . Other midol products have other ingredients. Too much of these pills can be dangerous with liver damage, cardiac and nervous sytem symptoms and drowsiness.
