Yes: Unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy. Sperm can live for up to five days inside your genital tract. Some people ovulate as early as day 10 in their cycle. You won't know when ovulation happened until after it's over. If you are trying to avoid pregnancy, and it's been less than five days since you had sex, i would recommend a morning-after pill, like ella (ulipristal acetate).
