i have fat content under my eyes.they are visible whenever i smile or laugh.how to reduce them?

Surgery: There are 5 fat pockets around the eye. Those fat pads are shock absorbers for the eye. They are held in place by a muscle layer called the septum. If the fat protrudes through the septum, it needs to be excised and the muscle layer needs to be repaired.
