Speak with Cards.: The beta blockers slow the resting heart and help prevent the sudden increased rates that are seen in pots in additon to the synocopal episodes. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and all stimulants tend to increase the heart rate. Your cardiologist should be consulted prior to making that decison.
