What should i do for my health after pulling an all-nighter?

Sleep.: Avoid caffeine, alcohol (it'll make you drowsy at first, but then wake you up later). Avoid exercise until you get a good sleep (more prone to injury). Have a light meal (nothing heavy or fatty). And then sleep! =).
