Not safe: You are correct, and I'm glad you understand. It sounds like someone is passing out misinformation and I'm glad you recognize it. Unprotected sex is not safe, period. One never knows whether one's partner has not yet developed a positive HIV test. Plus, there are plenty of other sexually transmitted diseases out there.
