Normal: Young boys have natural erections occasionally. And, they figure out quickly what feels good, even though they do not have any understanding of sex. Just distract him to another activity, give him other positive attention, and don't make a big deal about it. As he gets older, remind him that his penis is a private part of his body, and not to be displayed or played with in public!
