any idea at all what cardiovascular implications the vapor type electronic cigarettes have are they any better than reg. cigarettes at all?

They are better: A small study done in europe did not show any harmful effect on the cardiovascular circulation. Yes electronic cigaretts are definately better since they dont contain harmful gases like co etc.
