INFECTION: Vaginal odor may be due to a 'forgotten tampon' or infection such as bacterial vaginosis or yeast infection. Also std's are possible: chlamydia/gc/p.I.D./ and trichomonas may cause odor without other symptoms. A rare cause of vaginal odor is cancer--so it is best to get checked.
