Time to call...: With a positive pregnancy test, it's time to call one's husband and then one's ob-gyn doctor. The couple can make an appointment with the doctor to see about the pain, and to get instructions on life with a new pregnancy. In real life, some pregnancies naturally don't "make it", but hope for the best! also, start prenatal vitamins if not already doing so, and stop any unhealthy habits.
