Yes: If she in the fertile time of monthly cycle, ofcourse she is highly likely to become pregnant. Once the egg is fertilized by a single sperm, the remaining million will just be the spectators. Rarely two sperms can fertilize two eggs, if available. This may result in "non-identical" twin. Good luck!
