Sperm and Boys: Nope. It also does not lower sperm count. The only scenario where there would be less than normal sperm is if there was so many ejaculations in the recent days that the prostate gland did not have a chance to replenish the semen and sperm.

Yes, congrat...: Masturbation itself would not affect sperm count if semen exam is taken some 3-5 days after the last ejaculation.
