Sounds normal: When you take a morning after pill, it does alter your hormones. It changes your premenstrual phase. Most commonly causes irregular bleeding. These symptoms should resolve after your next menstrual cycle. To be 100% safe, you may want to take a pregnancy test in a week or two, since this period may not be normal.
