What is it?: First, i would need to know what "testical enfiction" is. Please check and confirm it. But for someone at your age and with such symptoms, some forms of urethritis are suspected. Most likely, ct and ultrasound would not help much at all. For the time being, refrain from overindulgence and obsession in sex for now and see someone genuinely knowledgeable in the field soon.
