Unlikely: Seems to me to be very difficult to imagine. You would have to obtain the virus, then transport it and them apply it. Not at all easy. Who would have both the ability and the desire to do that? The HIV virus does not survive for very long at all outside the human body or if it isn't in the right culture media.
