Return to doctor: If pus is coming out, you might have an abscess that will need to be drained. Antibiotics don't work as well when there is an abscess. Good luck.

See a hand surgeon: With these symptoms you may have a pocket of infection that is walled off like an access. Opening it up and allowing for open drainage of infection may be needed. See a hand surgeon for evaluation.
