Many possibilities: At 20 years old, most of what occurs in your mouth is probably benign. However if you use tobacco products (smoking or chewing tobacco) the possibility is there that the "flappy spot" could be more serious. A good dentist, oral surgeon, or even a dermatologist could make a better determination after seeing the spot.
