Yes and no: Certainly, tubal ligations have been reversed, but i'm not sure where in your community this can be accomplished - let alone for free. Call your community or county or state health referral line - should be listed in your phone book or available on line. If you have a primary care physician, use him/her as a resource. Good luck.
