Get swabbed..: You need to be seen in a clinic or er .. You very well may have strep throat, which is severely painful, to the point you can't swallow your own saliva. It's an easy diagnosis to make , and it's easy to treat with antibiotics. And.. If i'm correct you're contagious to others. So, go get seen. Good luck.
