What's the difference between a psuedoseizure and a real seizure?

Different cause: Both feel very real to the person. Epileptic seizure is caused by abnormal electrical brain activity. Psychogenic nonepileptic seizures (or events) are not caused by abnormal electricity. They may be related to inner stress or conflict. They are treated in different ways.
