Why do i feel pressure in my chest and short of breath?

Chest pressure: Chest pressure and shortness of breath could be from heart or from lung. If you have blocks in heart arteries it could cause above symptoms. Or if you have COPD and air trapping, that can also cause above symptoms. Consult your physician for physical exam and work-up.
