Not very: It is extremely unlikely to help at all, even to the point that i would say it is a waste of time and money. Bone stimulators work primarily for atrophic delayed or nonunions. A pars fracture, otherwise known as a spondylolysis, results from extension forces across the pars interarticularis and this could not be addressed simply by using a bone stimulator.. Thank you.
