Rapid heart rate: A resting heart rate of 125 is never normal. You need to make sure you are not volume, or blood, depleted, not febrile, infected, lacking oxygen, hyperthyroid or hypoglycemic. If you have an abnormal cardiac rhythm, that could also be a cause. It is doubtful that Medrol (methylprednisolone) or percoset are causing your rapid pulse. See a physician for more help with a diagnosis and a treatment plan.
