Anatomy: You have to understand your bladder fills your pelvis as it collects urine. Your vagina is sitting right under the bladder. They are next to each other. If you are inserting the tampon in a way that presses on the bladder then yes, of course, you will fill the desire to pee. This is normal physiology.
