Pretty unlikely: Sounds rather far fetched to me. It only takes one sperm to get pregnant however. If semen were ejaculated onto a woman's belly while she was wearing clothes, and the ejaculate were washed off - no fingers near semen and then into the vagina - it's downright unlikely that a pregnancy would occur.
