Chest Pain: Chest pain can be from from the heart, lungs, bones, muscles or joints. It is tough to determine the etiology of the pain without a physical examination. It is best for you to write back with more symptoms and history: recent trauma? Respiratory infection/cold/cough? Is the pain worse with breathing? Does it hurt to take a deep breathe? Any issue with your heart?
