Clitoroplasty Surger: Reduction clitoroplasty is the best option. God forbid a clitoridectomy (amputation).Not many surgeons have experience with this surgery & are mostly experienced pediatric urologists as we take care of girls with adrenal hyperplasia which can cause a greatly enlarged clitoris.Glans clitoris must be preserved, whilst removing some erectile tissue from the shaft on each side.Please comment if u wish.
