This is serious: You're not a drinker and that nasal spray is probably not the cause of your elevated liver enzymes. You're going to be checked for hepatitis b and c, wilson's (be careful -- the workup is tricky), hemochromatosis, autoimmune hepatitis, maybe antitrypsin deficiency, and maybe others. Fatty liver is a diagnosis of exclusion but may be the cause; the best rx is some intense aerobic conditioning.
