Bleeding: I'd keep on taking the old pack, because it may not continue and therefore would not be a true menstrual period but rather a breakthrough bleeding which is fairly common on birth control pills.

No: Take 2 pills today and finish your pack. It is not uncommon to start to bleed when you miss a pill. You might consider using another form of birth control for this month until you are sure you are properly protected. It is important, especially with low dose pills that you take your pills at the same time every day to be sure you are properly protected. Bleeding is common with timing mishaps.
