Most flesh-colored, uniform in appearance, small bumps just represent prominent sebaceous glands with focal prominence accentuated by minor irritation from any cause: usually self-limited with proper hygiene and elimination of any irritants. If persist or worsen, recommend md evaluation for DX and reassurance.
