Can you get an infection if you don't clean properly after defecation?
Suddenly after a bowel movement, I have a very constant itchy anus and there seems to be a lumpy haemorrhoid which has swelled up. I have been using creams to help and keep the area clean but it just won't go away, I've had the itch for 4 days now.
