Alcohol: And pregnancy don't mix! it is unlikely your baby would develop afs from the drinks you had, but now that you know you are pregnant please make sure you don't drink at all in order to decrease the risks for your baby . Get prenatal care and counseling. Take care!

No: Fetal alcohol syndrome has only been associated with much heavier drinking than you describe. We advise avoiding alcohol (along with many other things) simply because we cannot predict the effects with certainty and do not want to take unnecessary chances. At this very early stage the effect, if any, would more likely be to short circuit the pregnancy entirely.
