Hard to say: Even though Clomid (clomiphene) is a fertility drug, it also acts as an anti-estrogen on your cervical mucus. So your "fertile mucus" may come out looking more like rubber cement. Additionally, if you're having more sex than usual, you may just be releasing the components of semen that have accumulated there. Lastly, you could have an infection, so if you have irritation/redness, see your gyn doc.
