Possibly: In general, condoms are thought to be only a little more than 80% effective. As such, it is still possible to get pregnant using one, it's just less likely than without. Your symptoms are non-specific but could be the result of pregnancy. I would have a talk with your primary doctor and have a pregnancy test.
