Oxygenated mouthwash: Sorry, as a dentist of many years, i don't recommend it at all. Mouthwash only works for 1 1/2 hours to give a clean breath. See your family dentist for more definitive information.

Options: If your home care is good and you keep up with at least 2 dental visits/cleanings/checkups per year, normally the type of mouthwash will not really make that much difference. Some people do tend to accumulate more plaque than others, which may dictate additional cleanings per year or a plaque rinse. I would ask your dentist.
