Use Vaseline: It should heal without anything if you keep the area clean wash with soap and water.And since it is caused by dryness and lack of lubrication, you can use vaseline or any other miisturiser to prevent it from happening again if it persists or you feel it is getting infected you may use over the counter antibiotic cream like bacitracin.Since it is tiny it should heal if you keep it clean.
