No: If this is your first pregnancy, i don't expect you to feel bonafide fetal movements until the 22nd or 23rd week of pregnancy. Women who have been pregnant before have "corporate knowledge" and can tell the difference between fetal movements and background movements like bowel activity at a younger gestational age. I wouldn't fret just yet.

Not yet: It is very common for women to not feel any fetal movement until around 20 weeks. It can even take longer depending on the position of the placenta. However, once you've begun to feel movement, you should continue to feel it every day. So always let your doctor know if you suddenly feel a decrease in fetal movement.
