Several concerns: You have a diagnosis of bad seborrhea which is probably why your hair is falling out, but you're not being treated appropriately for it. You're only on Propecia and rogaine (minoxidil) which are for male pattern baldness which isn't the problem at your age unless you're ultra-hairy. And enjoying your sexuality by yourself isn't the cause -- it's healthy. Man up and get to a competent specialist.
