WBCs in urine: WBC's in the urine are commonly associated with infection or inflammation of the urinary tract. Urine infection (UTI), kidney infection (pyelonephritis), and kindey stones are common causes. Inflammation of the bladder wall (cystitis) is also common. Less common causes are things like nephrotic syndromes and allergic interstitial nephritis.
