Do you have bipolar: Disorder ; want to tell your parents? I would tell them at a time when there is no chaos. Share your diagnosis with them. It may be helpful if you share symptoms with them if they are not familiar with bipolar disorder. Even though this says age 42- have noted that it often is not the age of the actual asker. So, there may be some differences in approach if you are an adult vs a minor.
