Couple things: First, consider core strengthening and/or physical therapy as fatigue can lead to pain in the back either from stress on the vertebral column or strain on paraspinal muscles. Next, stay very hydrated which will help improve disc health. Also, consider different footwear as the pressure absorption from good shoes can help lower impact on spine. Hope those help!
