Possible, Not Top 4: Top 4 complications from gonorrhea [gc]: sterility, infectious arthritis, diseased heart valves, meningitis. Gc can spread into your blood and cause septic shock, which can lead to kidney failure & other systemwide problems. Thankfully this doesn't happen often. Also, remember if you get gc, you can get other std's like hiv. Be safe and smart. Use condoms. No love without the glove.

Gonorrhea: Gonorrhea can lead to narrowing (called stricture) of the male urethra. If the stricture is so narrow as to cause complete urinary tract obstruction then the entire urine system would fail due to the pressure, but is unlikely to happen. Common complications of gonorrhea in men and women are joint infection, heart failure and meningitis. Heart failure and meningitis can lead to kidney failure.
