Depends: Beauty ; attraction are in eye of the beholder. Many men ; women find large areolas particularly attractive. Very large labia minora which hang out from between labia majora are not particularly attractive, but most men ; women don't seem to mind. Cosmetic reduction labioplasty surgery is quite simple ; straightforward. Can be covered by insurance if siting on labia, ie on bicyle seat, is painful.

Depends on beholder: As stated by dr. Klauber, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Standards of beauty are not fixed. Areolae typically get larger and darker after nursing (3.5 cm before and 4.2 cm after nursing on average). So larger/darker areolae tend to be a subliminal indication of fertility whereas smaller pinker areolae are a sign of nulliparity. However there is great variation.
