Very variable: Depending upon whether he is pre or post-pubertal. Pre-pubertal norms would be 5 - 7.5 cm. From pubic bone to tip of glans. 10 - 13 cm if post-pubertal. Don't measure from surface of pubertal skin, you have to push down to pubic bone on side of penis for an accurate measurement. Pre-pubic fat can make a penis look much smaller than it is. Worth consulting a pediatric urologist if ur concerned.
