Many!: There are many, but here are the most common: Abnormal discharge from the penis, vagina, or rectum (if exposed); painful or uncomfortable urination; various kinds of sores or skin bumps of the genitals or other exposed sites; inflamed/swollen lymph nodes in the groin or elsewhere; certain kinds of skin rash; and many more. Often no symptoms at all. If you think you were exposed, get tested.
